Brachioplasty

This lovely patient had a significant weight loss which results in sagging skin under her arms. She underwent a brachioplasty or arm lift. The bottom picture is 4 months after surgery. Her scars will continue to fade. It is important for patients to understand that brachioplasty scars tend to be more prominent than scars in other surgical procedures such as breast surgery or abdominoplasty.
