Reconstruction after Mohs Excision of Skin Cancer

This patient underwent Mohs surgery with a dermatologist to remove a basal cell cancer from her upper lip. She required reconstruction with a flap from her cheek. The last photo is 2 months after the surgery. I often work in conjunction with dermatologist removing skin cancer to achieve the best reconstructive results. Her scars are all hidden and will continue to soften over the next few months.
